Travellers get the new TravelManagers' look

The home-based agency group is moving into phase two of its rebranding – taking the new look and feel to the travellers.

TravelManagers unveiled its new branding at the company’s national conference in Singapore last year, which saw the old logo with planes and a cruise ship replaced with a clover mark and the new tagline ‘As Individual as You Are’.

Since, the company has rolled out the logo to all its consultants websites and social media sites as well as its own marketing and online products.

Now, the company is looking to take the new look to its biggest critics – the travellers.

This will include the current TravelManagers logo and tagline replaced on collateral such as business cards, stationery, ticket wallets and luggage tags.

Michael Gazal, TravelManagers executive general manager assured that despite the transformation in appearance, existing clients will continue to experience the same ‘exceptional’ service they have always had.

“It will also allow their personal travel managers to make the experience more intimate. Overall, it means that the branding and communications will now live up to that service, which will improve their whole travel experience.”

The focus on the companies’ brand refresh is to provide clients easier recognition and relevance for its personal travel managers in 2015 and beyond.

TravelManagers says its new logo and identity with its tag line ‘As Individual as You Are’ builds on the brand personality of being personal, dedicated and confident, with the idea of inspiring people and inspiring travel.

“The new identity captures the fact that relationships are our business and perfectly positions our personal travel managers as delivering an exclusive service experience that people aspire towards. We are also proud that our branding is completely different to any other travel agency brand currently in the market.”

TravelManagers recruitment website has also had a reskin with the new look. Gazal said the platform has now been optimised for mobile and tablet for user friendliness.
