Azamara Quest sailed into Fremantle, WA today, marking the upmarket cruise line’s long-awaited return to the region ahead of the Australia and New Zealand summer cruise season and strong customer demand.
Azamara’s ANZ Director of Sales Victoria Chigwidden was on hand to greet Quest as she cruised into Western Australia.
“The Australian and New Zealand cruise season has seen very strong demand with the smaller Azamara ships continuing to be a popular choice for discerning cruisers,” Ms Chigwidden said.
“Quest will depart Fremantle on 21 December, beginning her 14-night country-intensive voyage in Sydney in time for the city’s renowned New Year’s Eve celebrations and watch the fireworks light up the sky over Sydney Harbour.”

Quest will embark on three back-to-back voyages from 21 December between Melbourne to Sydney before sailing along the NSW Sapphire Coast and continuing to New Zealand.
The boutique small ship will then depart Australia on 19 February until her next season Down Under, sailing from Freemantle to Asia and then back to Europe to continue her 2023 sailing schedule.
Azamara also announced its return to Venice earlier in the year with its four-ship fleet deployed for the 2023 Europe season.
