Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) cabin crew have been named the best in the world in the prestigious World Travel Awards (WTA) announced on 27th November.
Royal Brunei Airlines is celebrating being crowned by World Travel Awards as the “World’s Leading Cabin Crew 2020”.
The prestigious accolade was awarded to RB from a field of 17 airlines competing for the title, including world’s leading airlines.
The WTAs were established in 1993 and are regarded globally as the benchmark of industry excellence across all key sectors of travel, tourism and hospitality.
The national airline of Brunei Darussalam received the highest number of votes in a global poll of guests, travellers and travel professionals who had experienced the airline’s renowned inflight service.
On 3 November, RB was also awarded the WTA’s “Asia’s Leading Cabin Crew 2020” honour in the Asia Awards.
Mr Karam Chand, RB’s Chief Executive Officer said the award of World’s Leading Cabin Crew as well as Asia’s Leading Cabin Crew shows what can be achieved with clear vision, genuine commitment and hard work.
