The Gold Coast is set to welcome a mega entertainment rooftop precinct in early 2021 that will take beach bars to a whole new level.

Get ready for the Cali Beach Club; Artesian Hospitality‘s latest development, set to open early next year.

Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise with sweeping views of the beach and the city, guests will ride up four flights in an impressive 26-person glass elevator to the precinct’s slick and sophisticated beachside playground.

The rooftop will feature luxe poolside cabanas, a world-class restaurant, multiple premium dining outlets, bars, sports facilities and an outdoor cinema.

“Cali Beach Club marks the start of something special for entertainment offerings of its kind in Queensland and Australia in general,” Artesian Hospitality Managing Partner Matthew Keegan said.

“Cali Beach Club is a complete testament to our commitment to bring unique venues to life that will ensure our customer’s expectations are not just met but exceeded.

“Our aim is to deliver a luxury hospitality experience that will surpass anything currently available in Australia and I am totally confident that we will achieve that aim.”

Keegan said highlights of the Cali Beach Club include the beach volleyball court, a slick new restaurant with unobstructed ocean views, three large beach-edged pools, endless sun lounges and daybeds, bars, exercise areas, open air luxe showers and VIP Cabanas.

He said the beachside outdoor cinema would allow guests to enjoy a movie under the stars while breathing in the ocean air with the sound of the surf in the background.

Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate said the venue, located on the corner of Surfers Paradise Boulevard and Elkhorn Avenue, is exactly what Surfers Paradise and the city needs.

“I applaud the team behind this development as it will be a beacon for locals and visitors. I look forward to seeing the evolution of Cali Beach Club into one of those must-visit destinations year-round,’’ Tate concluded.
