A round of applause broke out across Cairns Convention Centre when Travellers Choice Managing Director Christian Hunter revealed members now have access to savvy itinerary building software.
Thanks to a new partnership with software developer Wetu Travel Technology, Travellers Choice members will get their hands on new itinerary building software, proven to increase sales.
Christian said the technology would save Agents time by helping them to whip-up professional itineraries featuring images, maps, videos and virtual tours.
Multiple copies of an itinerary can be created so Agents can give clients variations based on different properties, room types or budgets.
The itineraries can then be shared with customers through email, websites, Facebook, mobiles or as printed copies. Easy.
He told members that all in all it was a “practical, no-fuss solution”.
“It can within a matter of minutes produce itineraries that are enticing, rich in detail and fully customised with members’ logos, preferred fonts and colours,” he said.
“Wetu’s Itinerary Builder has been shown to be a highly-effective sales tool, helping users convert around 30% more enquiries into bookings. In addition, the ease with which itineraries can be shared is known to drive customer referrals.”
