Adventure World debuts a 15-day road trip across Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, featuring Indigenous-led experiences, wildlife encounters and cultural immersion in time for Canada’s National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on 30 September 2025.
The brand-new Trail of the Bison road trip from Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Edmonton, Alberta, invites travellers to follow the bison as a symbol of resilience, renewal and connection to the land.
Highlights include wildlife encounters, such as elk, moose, black bears, bison and birds in Riding Mountain National Park and Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area, and conservation projects like bison reintroduction and prairie landscapes.

Featured Indigenous tourism activities include cultural landmarks, such as the National Indigenous Residential School Museum of Canada, a place of truth and reflection, exploration in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina and Edmonton, plus storytelling, culinary and immersive experiences.
Priced from AUD$4,765 per person, twin-share, the self-paced, self-drive itinerary is now available to book for 2026 tours between mid-May and early October.

Adventure World Product Manager North America Kristy Prince recently experienced the region’s beauty and appeal firsthand.
“This journey is an immersive experience about the wide-open beauty of the prairies, the unique wildlife encounters, as well as providing a deeper connection with Indigenous communities and encountering stories of survival, renewal and resilience,” she said.

Adventure World recently launched a 2025-26 Canadian winter seasonal campaign with Banff & Lake Louise Tourism, Tourism Jasper and VIA Rail.
