Journey Beyond’s Indian Pacific has new off-track immersive experiences in Adelaide, Broken Hill and the Blue Mountains for passengers aboard the iconic rail journey westbound from Sydney-Perth and eastbound from Perth–Sydney.
The new activities are part of the all-inclusive Off Train experiences available on the Indian Pacific that allows onboard guests to alight and access unique attractions on the route based on the travel direction at Broken Hill, Adelaide, Blue Mountains, Kalgoorlie, Cook and Rawlinna.
Passengers travelling from Sydney to Perth can stop at Bells Milk Bar in Broken Hill, a classic 1950s Aussie milk bar and museum that will take visitors back in time.
From 22 September 2022, westbound Indian Pacific guests can also enjoy Central Markets After Dark, an immersive guided tour and dinner in the 150-year-old Adelaide Central Market.
For those travelling from Perth to Sydney, the new experiences include a luxury coach scenic drive for breakfast in the Adelaide Hills at Mt Lofty and a Blue Mountains Discovery tour that takes in several attractions.
