TourRadar has launched a white label partnership with Flight Centre using its B2B platform technology to power the Tours section of the FC Australia website, giving travellers access to more than 8,000 multi-day tours and adventures globally from top tour operators such as Intrepid Travel, Trafalgar, Contiki, G Adventures, Globus and more.
The new capability expands on Flight Centre’s integration of the TourRadar API as an in-house agent booking portal and will roll out to other FC regions by the end of the month.
The new Tours section allows travellers to easily search and filter options and view the complete details of every tour, including images, full itinerary details, what’s included in the tour, reviews, live availability and pricing.
While TourRadar powers the backend search functionality, all inquiries and bookings are handled directly through Flight Centre consultants, ensuring a smooth user experience and more options for customers.
Flight Centre Global Head of Cruise & Tour Monique Van Gelder said the expanded TourRadar partnership allows the brand to provide an unrivalled product offering.
“Optionality is key to our future plans and our e-commerce site is evolving so we can continue to meet our customers’ desire to dream, plan and book their holidays online,” she said.
TourRadar CEO & Co-Founder Travis Pittman said: “We’re proud to partner with Flight Centre to give their customers access to our incredible range of organised adventures.”
“Our partnership shows how the right technology can elevate the online customer experience and expand access to a world of adventure possibilities while ensuring a seamless flow from discovery to enquiry to booking.”
TourRadar recently held an Adventure Together event in Brisbane, sharing the latest trends and insights for the fast-growing organised adventures category.
