Travel Bubble: Designer Journeys Launches Over 100 Locally Designed Holidays

Newly ATAS accredited, Designer Journeys has launched its own exclusive travel bubble gallery of more than 100 locally designed, fully customisable itineraries in anticipation of the lifting of travel restrictions.

Another travel bubble is here, but this time it’s in the form of trips featuring the very best of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands

The 100+ holiday options have been designed by an experienced panel of local experts in Australia, New Zealand, and across the Pacific Islands and are targeted at Designer Journeys network of 2,400+ travel agents.

“It’s time to change the conversation, embrace the new normal and start talking to clients again about travelling – even if that is about travelling closer to home.”


Designer Journeys has spent the past two months building an amazing gallery of travel options in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands markets, destinations they believe we are going to be able to travel later this year. 

“Our ‘Close to Home’ gallery includes everything from weekend escapes to the iconic trips of a lifetime. With over 100 itineraries there will be an option that will work for you and your clients.” Designer Journeys CEO Matt McCann said.

“Designer Journeys has built the gallery with a working group of 30+ travel agents who have helped us refine these trips to deliver extraordinary travel experiences and great value.” McCann said.

These exclusive, fully-customisable holidays have been developed to deliver everything from a 6-star long weekend in the Blue Mountains, exploring the “Red Centre” by 4WD, lounging by the beach in Fiji or hiking New Zealand’s South Island tracks.
