In search of the natural phenomenon referred to as ‘Northern Lights’ is where you’ll find Viking Cruises‘ seventh ocean ship, Viking Venus, when it makes its debut in 2021.
Viking Cruises confirmed that Viking Venus will arrive in two years with enough space for 930 passengers who want to see the world (especially the Northern Lights) on a luxury small-ship.

As well as revealing debut details, the cruise line also released itinerary information, which will include Scandinavia and its incredible light display.
That’s right, Viking Venus will be on the hunt for the Northern Lights.
Beyond Scandinavia, the ship will also visit the British Isles, and the Mediterrenean.

In line with Viking’s aesthetic, the ship will adopt elements from old Scandinavian culture, particularly their ‘explorer’ mindset while also focusing on history, art, music and cuisine.
On board, guests will find social spaces filled with light as well as the most al fresco dining opportunities on the rivers and at sea.
Every cruise fare comes with an outside stateroom, a complimentary shore excursion in each port of call, all onboard meals, and gratuities, port charges and government taxes.
Beer and wine during lunch and dinner is also complimentary, along with restaurant dining, wi-fi, and the self-service laundry.
