The race is officially on for this year’s National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA 2025), with voting now open across the popular vote categories.
Open to anyone working in the Australian travel industry (as long as participants don’t vote for their own company), the polls will stay live until 5pm (AEST) on Friday, 8 August 2025.
Finalists will be revealed mid-August, and voters can make their selections now at atia.travel/ntia2025/voting.
According to the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA), this year’s NTIA has broken records, with 1,720 peer nominations across 37 refreshed categories.
Popular categories include Most Outstanding Tour Operator (Specialised and Global), Most Outstanding Wholesaler (Product/Service and Destination/Experience), Most Popular Airline (Online and Offline), Most Popular Cruise Operator (Ocean and River Cruise) and Most Popular Tourism Office.

Winners will be crowned at the NTIA Gala at The Star Brisbane on 18 October 2025, following the Beyond Borders Summit the day before.

- Category 23. Most Outstanding Wholesaler – Product/Service
- Category 24. Most Outstanding Wholesaler – Destination/Experience
- Category 25. Most Popular Tourism Office
- Category 26. Most Popular Accommodation Group/Chain
- Category 27. Most Popular Airline – Online
- Category 28. Most Popular Airline – Offline
- Category 29. Most Popular Ocean Cruise Operator
- Category 30. Most Popular River Cruise Operator
- Category 31. Most Popular Car Rental Operator
- Category 32. Most Popular Reservations/Groups Team
