Anytime Fitness will open a Sydney Airport gym at T1 International on 11 March 2026, marking Australia’s first-ever airport gym and offering 24/7 fitness access for travellers and airport staff.

The 300sqm, 24/7 fitness club at Sydney Airport’s T1 International arrivals area will bring accessibility to Australia’s busiest hub, serving more than 40 million travellers and 30,000 airport staff annually.

Designed with travellers in mind and open to Anytime Fitness members, the two-level club will feature functional training zones, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment, two lifting platforms, plus showers and amenities to support pre- and post-flight routines.

Anytime Fitness trainers have also developed three new ‘Fit to Fly‘ movement programs, spanning pre-flight workouts, inflight seat-based exercises and post-flight recovery.

Anytime Fitness Australia Managing Director Simon Thompson said the opening of the Sydney Airport club underlines the brand’s “anytime, anywhere” promise.
