Flight Centre's loyalty program adds JB Hi-Fi Business as first retail earn partner

Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) loyalty program World360 Rewards has partnered with JB Hi-Fi Business as its first major retail everyday earn partner.

Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) loyalty program World360 Rewards has partnered with JB Hi-Fi Business as its first major retail everyday earn partner.

World360 Rewards members can now earn two points for every dollar spent through JB Hi-Fi Business, while accessing exclusive membership pricing across the retailer’s product range.

Purchases are made via the JB Hi-Fi Business online portal, which members access directly through World360 Rewards.

The tie-up marks the first time the Flight Centre program has signed a major retailer as an everyday earn partner, opening up points-earning on spending outside travel bookings.

The partnership lets members build points balances on everyday and business purchases rather than only when they book a trip.

Alongside the two-points-per-dollar earn, members get access to special membership pricing across a broad range of JB Hi-Fi Business products.

World360 Rewards executive general manager Clinton Hearne said the deal reflects an ambition to extend value beyond travel bookings.

“We want to get Aussies travelling more, and to have a major retailer like JB Hi-Fi Business on board gives our members yet another way to earn points in their everyday life, not just when they’re booking a trip,” he remarked.

“Members are also getting more value by unlocking exclusive membership pricing and earning two points for every dollar they spend.

“This is a critical step in significantly expanding our everyday earn partner offering, and JB Hi-Fi Business is exactly the kind of partner we want leading that charge.”

The signing points to a broader pipeline of everyday earn partners as FCTG looks to grow the program‘s reach, the same expansion drive that recently saw Chris Brandon rejoin as World360 Rewards Head of Travel Partnerships.

JB Hi-Fi Business said the collaboration aligns with its focus on delivering value, with its national program sales manager describing the deal as giving members access to good pricing across the range while earning points on essential purchases.
