Based in our Head Office in Sydney (Surry Hills), this newly created role involves business development, promoting KARRYON Careers, KARRYON Travel and ‘Travel to change the World’ to the travel industry and offers an awesome working environment, great culture, perks and career path opportunities.


What will you be doing in the role?


– Primarily, you’ll be working with our industry partners to help grow our careers platform for the industry to attract, retain and develop industry talent.

– You’ll be sourcing advertising and partnership opportunities for KARRYON Careers and other areas of the industry.

– You’ll track and monitor industry job advertisements via industry websites, job boards and social platforms and help drive more subscribers to ensure reader engagement.


Whilst we are totally flexible… For you to succeed in the role, it is preferred that you have:

– A minimum of 2 years Travel industry experience in a sales environment

– Experience in an HR/Recruitment environment

– Ideally, exposure to a media style environment using Social media and WordPress

– A passion for our industry and life in general with a creative ability to look ahead and create or ride trend waves

– A love for attending industry events with natural networking skills

– Oh yeah, and did we mention a love for travel?
