It seems as if the world is going through a bit of a shakeup at the moment; an 'awakening' if you will. It's like now is the perfect time to declutter - mentally, physically, and emotionally - and start afresh, focusing your energy on what really matters.

We’re halfway through 2020 and I’m fairly certain each and every one of you deserves a shiny gold participation medal.

The shakeup that has happened; both at work and home, has served as a powerful reminder about the resilience that each of us holds, deep within us.

It has also raised all kinds of profound questions, that trigger thoughts, ripples, and waves of change  – for better or for worse.

So here are some questions to ponder on and ask yourself, what do I want my work and personal life to look like, heading into this ‘new normal’?
