When Holly met Tim is a smart piece of brand marketing by Virgin Australia to celebrate all that’s good about the often-serendipitous nature of travelling.
Holly and Tom met each other on a Virgin flight back in 2011 when they found themselves sitting next to each other on their way to Canberra.
Whether it was the turbulence or just some great conversation that brought them together, needless to say they exchanged numbers once they got off the flight and the romance began that led them to getting hitched very recently on the 25th of October 2014.
The video features genuine thank you’s and some tongue in cheek marriage tips from customer services, the flight crew and even a couple of baggage handlers.
And whilst it’s perhaps just one of millions of life stories that happen every day, it’s a special one and is made all the more special by the fact that Virgin Australia took the time to acknowledge it.
Smiles all round and a big well done to the marketing department for putting their customers first and for creating this video.
It’s not supposed to be a high gloss, big budget affair. It’s a just a heartfelt thank you and the telling and sharing of a lovely story.
