Club Med has introduced Club Med Academy, its first-ever eLearning platform for Australian travel agents.
Designed to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise, Club Med Academy provides agents with a user-friendly, structured learning experience, covering everything from the brand’s all-inclusive offerings to its Exclusive Collection resorts and ski products.
Key features include:
- 11 learning modules with interactive quizzes
- Loyalty rewards, earning Club Med points towards complimentary resort stays
- Community engagement, allowing agents to interact and share insights
- Official Club Med certification upon course completion
According to the hotel group, the platform is regularly updated with fresh content, ensuring agents stay informed on the latest Club Med developments.
Travel agents can register now via the Club Med for Travel Agents Portal, with new modules added frequently.
