Not everyone is lucky enough to receive an official invitation to the world famous Cannes Film Festival however it’s still possible for people like you and me to visit the stunning city on the French Riviera and experience the glitz and glamour.

Where to stay
InterContinental Hotel Carlton, Cannes
During the Cannes Film Festival this is the most prestigious place to stay and the undisputed headquarters of motion picture industry deal-making. The beautiful Belle Epoque hotel has attracted endless celebrities including Grace Kelly who met her husband, Prince Rainier of Monaco here in 1955.

Popular amongst celebrities you are almost guaranteed to spot a star here.

In the heart of glitzy Port Canto you’ll find Baoli, the uber hot club with an ethereal outdoor setting making it an amazing clubbing experience. Celebrities spotted here include; Eva Mendes, Jay-Z and Bono.
With its prime location situated right on the Festival Palace rooftop, this spectacular bar with a view (described as ‘a bubble of serenity’) attracts A-list celebrities such as Jude Law, Kristen Stewart and Nicole Kidman.
This global luxury lifestyle chain with venues in Ibiza, Miami Beach and St Tropez hosts a pop-up party spot at The Carlton Hotel in Cannes every year. Expect to spot celebrities such as Michael Douglas, Ryan Gosling and Naomi Watts.
