The new-to-the-US Super Nintendo World is a 360-degree visual spectacle of vibrant colours and architectural ingenuity located within a newly expanded area of Universal Studios Hollywood.

Enter through the iconic green pipe for a world filled with exploration, discovery and play that is unlike anything else.

Your journey begins as you enter Peach’s Castle before venturing further into the colourful Mushroom Kingdom.

The brand-new, dynamic land will feature the ground-breaking Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge ride – inspired by the Mario Kart video game – along with themed dining at the Toadstool Cafe and collectable shopping at the 1-UP Factory store.

Mount Beanpole serves as the land’s focal point as well as the entry queue for Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, while Bowser’s Castle is the centrepiece and home of the signature ride.

Super Nintendo World visitors can become fully immersed in real-life gameplay, including punching ‘? Blocks’ to collect digital coins and interactives that unlock a new dimension via AR binoculars.

You can also buy a Power-Up Band – wearable wristbands that sync with the Universal Studios Hollywood app for increased interactivity such as keeping score, collecting digital coins and obtaining keys after winning challenges.

Power-Up Bands will also allow guests to enjoy extra-special interactions with Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach.

The first Nintendo-style theme park made its debut in 2020 at Universal Studios Japan to rave consumer and critical reviews.

The eagerly anticipated Super Nintendo Land will now debut Stateside with a Donkey Kong-themed area scheduled to arrive in 2024. Super Nintendo World is also set to open in Orlando in 2025.
