As people in the travel industry we know it’s important to holiday at least once a year.

Unfortunately sometimes we spend so much time researching getaways for others we forget to plan and book our own.

Travel is vital for your mental sanity, but it’s also important for your physical health.

Research released by Framingham Heart Study found women between 45 to 64 that travelled every six years have a higher risk of developing a heart attack or coronary death compared to women who vacationed at least twice a year.
