TravelManagers continues its strong emphasis on exclusive famils with a recent educational for 12 of its personal travel managers to Vanuatu.

The famil was accompanied by Julie Anderson, Business Partnership Manager for Northern NSW and Anne Morris from the Vanuatu Tourism Office.

With three nights in Port Vila half the participants visited Tanna and the other half went to Espiritu Santo. Anderson says with Vanuatu becoming a more popular option for Australians TravelManagers wanted to up-skill their personal travel managers on the latest accommodation and sightseeing options.

“Vanuatu is just a stone’s throw from the east coast of Australia which offers a fantastic mix of Pacifika and a touch of French influence. The snorkelling is amazing, cocktails to die for, the people are friendly and you can still get a great coffee and outstanding food.”

Matthew Halloran personal travel manager from NSW says the famil opened his eyes to Vanuatu as a versatile holiday destination.

“I had only visited Vanuatu before as part of a cruise and I was surprised at how much Vanuatu had to offer. Relaxation and great food for a long weekend or an extended holiday with more adventure such as sea fishing, snorkelling through to quad-biking or just a quick flight to the outer island of Tanna to see the active Mt Yasur volcano. I was impressed with the wide range of accommodation options available also. I will definitely be recommending Vanuatu to clients as a result of this educational.”

TravelManagers were hosted by Vanuatu Tourism Office and flew to Vanuatu courtesy of Air Vanuatu.
