Sunset cocktails just got a whole lot cooler, thanks to Aura, Dubai. Situated on the 50th floor of Nakheel’s Palm Tower, the one-of-a-kind sky pool lounge will transport guests to an island in the sky, and we’ve decided we need to visit, ASAP.
Suspended 200 metres in the air, AURA SKYPOOL is one of the region’s most anticipated destinations, offering the world’s first and highest 360-degree infinity pool.
Just opened, the dreamy destination showcases breathtaking 360-degree, uninterrupted views of the prominent Dubai landmarks, including Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa and Ain Dubai, alongside an infinity pool and lounge experience.

AURA is seamlessly divided into two distinct spaces – the Pool Deck and the Lounge & Bar, where lush greenery and natural design elements fuse with high-end interior finishes, creating an elegant oasis high above Dubai.
It’s an essential stop for visitors who want to see the very best of Dubai from above, with visits starting from AED170 per person, around AU$56.

AURA is open daily from 10 am to sunset; with three ticketing time slots available, guests can choose their perfect AURA experience – whether it’s a laid-back morning by the pool, afternoon sunset session, or a full-day, taking in all it has to offer.
The Pool Deck is where the essence of AURA truly comes to life. Home to chic yet comfortable custom-made sunbeds and lounges, guests are treated to a 360-degree swimming experience with a stunning backdrop to capture that picture-perfect photo.

Because you’re going to get hungry with all that “wow” ing, AURA offers a menu inspired by the cosmopolitan yet easy-going vibe of iconic Asian cities.
The collection of international dishes with a Pan-Asian spin have been carefully constructed by Head Chef Craig Best and include Aura Sticky Confit Duck Salad, Glazed Miso Salmon, Loaded Grilled Cauliflower and refreshing desserts such as Marinated Pineapple Sundae.

“We are excited to be adding a record-breaking destination like AURA to The Palm Tower, one of Nakheel’s most prestigious buildings in Palm Jumeirah,” said Omar Khoory, Chief Assets Officer at Nakheel.
“As the first and highest 360-degree infinity pool, AURA will not only offer an exceptional experience but will also act as another focal destination that provides visitors with panoramic access to Palm Jumeirah’s brilliant architecture as well as key surrounding landmarks that have been pivotal to Dubai’s growth as a touristic destination.”
