Idyllic ocean vistas and busy rural byway peppered with coconut sellers and men playing dominoes. This naturally beautiful country is also filled with laid back hospitable people. This place is all about the beach life and enjoying all that the Caribbean has to offer.

Japan

Japan

From the more traditional Kyoto to the amazingly modern city of Tokyo, Japan has a lot to offer and it’s no surprise it keeps making this list. The culture is extremely immersive and there’s a lot to take in from all the exotic food and it’s often gob smacking quirks.

Latvia

Latvia

Situated on the coast of the Baltic Sea and bordered by Estonia to the North and Lithuania to the south. It’s most famous travel spot is their capital Riga, a world heritage site. But there are so many great places to see from the Gauja Valley pines, the domed cathedrals or even a former secret military town.

The second smallest island of the Canary Islands, but it makes up for it in character. If you’re into walking and great views then the paths all over the island might just be what the doctor ordered.

Norway

This ones on my own personal list, I’ve just been inundated with pictures of this amazingly gorgeous place. Adventure travel is a huge trend this year but you don’t have to be that adventurous to experience and appreciate the beauty of this beautiful country. It’s a little bit pricey, being one of the most expensive countries in the world, but most definitely worth it only to see the most stunning landscapes in the world.

Singapore

singapore

The world’s busiest port and one of the world’s most prosperous countries. Singapore, is one of the most modern countries in South East Asia combining skyscrapers and a modern subway system. It’s a melting pot of cultures with Chinese, Malay, and Indian influences. It’s crowning jewel? The amazing food.

The Netherlands

The first thing everyone thinks of is Amsterdam, which is of course a Dutch icon, but other cities like Edam, Haarlem, Delft and Deventer can be just as fun. Explore the cities by bike, it’s what the locals do. Oh and be spoilt by art, this is of course the place that gave us Rembrandt and Van Gogh.
