Virgin Voyages has dropped its broadest-ever Status Match offer, instantly matching status recognition with more than 35 airline, hotel and cruise loyalty programs for 50 million elite travellers.
From 11 December 2025, the adults-only cruise line’s new Status Match Loyalty Program extends instant recognition and Blue Extras on the first sailing for top-tier travellers with elite status.
Virgin Voyages CEO Nirmal Saverimuttu said: “Loyalty programs have gotten it backward. They ask for more, give less and call it a reward. We’re flipping that. From the moment Sailors step aboard, we want them to feel recognised, relaxed and reminded of why they fell in love with travel in the first place.”

Vice President of Growth Stephen Hopkins said Virgin Voyages has become the go-to brand for adults travelling without children.
“Kid-free travel is no longer a niche, it’s a movement and the numbers prove it. Demand for adults-only luxury travel has climbed 47 per cent since 2022, and market experts project the segment will double over the next decade,” he said.
