Now’s the time to experience Britain differently with Viva Holidays’ new packages. Across Great Britain, your clients can choose to stand in awe at ancient monuments, enjoy historic practices passed down through the ages, and discover Britain’s trendiest culinary, arts, and cultural scenes.

With food as diverse as the people, fresh ways to experience the cities, and unique venues to bring the past to life, there’s never a dull moment, and 2025 is set to be no different.

Always evolving, 2025 in Britain promises new experiences and captivating stories with a dose of British flair.

It’s the perfect time for your clients to visit (or head back to) Britain to relive the magic on film set tours, explore pioneering cultural spaces, take rousing countryside walks on trails old and new, and switch off at the nation’s sublime wellness retreats.

Then there’s a new City of Culture to discover, sporting competitions that showcase the world’s best, and music events that remind you it’s good to be alive.

The big screen

Film and TV tours are a brilliant addition to any Great Britain itinerary. Image: Alnwick, England ©Alnwick Castle

Reliving the magic of the silver screen is effortless when touring Britain, with visitors able to relive the magic of their favourite movies and shows at inspiring film set locations.

For example, everyone’s favourite British regal drama is easy to include on itineraries, with Bridgerton sites nationwide.

Historical Bath is an obvious stop, as it’s where much of Bridgerton’s filming occurs. The Bridgerton family home is accessible with more than 700 works of art. Hampton Court Palace was the location for Queen Charlotte’s on-screen home, and York’s Castle Howard holds appeals as the home of the Duke of Hastings.

Can you go to Britain and skip a Harry Potter experience? Well, yes, technically, but why would you when you can visit Platform 9¾ at King’s Cross station, discover York’s own wonky timber-framed version of Diagon Alley, and set foot on set at the Warner Bros Studio Tour. You can even take a broomstick lesson at Northumberland’s Alnwick Castle

Of course, Bridgerton and Hogwarts are not the only film locations worth a visit. Match your client’s wishes to a filming location here.
