Slated to open in 2027, Aman Beverly Hills will imbue the spirit and ambience of Los Angeles in a unique garden setting for a sanctuary and a landmark location at the upcoming 7ha One Beverly Hills development in one of LA’s most prestigious addresses.
Comprising a 78-key, all-suite hotel, private residences and the brand’s first standalone Aman Club, Aman Beverly Hills has unveiled the designs for the new premium property.
Private homes will sit in two branded residential towers alongside the hotel while the 9,290sqm dedicated Club will house expansive wellness facilities.
Asian design with European expression

Capturing the brand’s modern design, long-time collaborator Kerry Hill Architects has used a neutral colour palette reflective of the nature in the hills and the wider state of California.
Additionally, the project will include natural materials such as stone and wood throughout to provide warmth to vast spaces offering expansive views across the city.

Group Chair & CEO Vlad Doronin said: “Aman Beverly Hills captures the essence of the [brand] lifestyle with its minimalist aesthetic, which references Asian design with a European expression.”
“This project builds further on the successful opening of New York in 2022, aligned with our strategic direction to bring the brand’s coveted experience to the world’s finest cities.
“We are excited to be working with partners who understand our vision and mission to curate hotels and residences of incredible architectural distinction in the world’s most exceptional locations.”
Beverly Hills is the Group’s fifth urban destination following Bangkok (2024) and Miami Beach (2026).
