After a successful 2024-25 season, including a sister-ship rendezvous in Sydney Harbour, Azamara Cruises will return Down Under in late December 2025 to heat up summer sailings in Australia and New Zealand with two ships in tow: Azamara Pursuit and Azamara Onward.
The upmarket small-ship cruise line will deliver its signature Destination Immersion experiences and extended days in destination during the 2025-26 Australia and NZ season, plus Asia sailings.
Pursuit will arrive in Australia in late December 2025, sailing Australia’s east and south coasts, crossing the Tasman for a series of New Zealand voyages, then return via Adelaide and Margaret River before heading north to Asia.

A 22-night journey from Sydney to Singapore will feature three Indonesian port calls along the way, including Benoa (Bali), plus Surabaya and Semarang.
Meanwhile, Onward will sail into Australian and New Zealand waters from mid-February 2026 as part of a World Cruise, showcasing the best of New Zealand and select Australian ports on local itineraries before continuing her global journey.

Onward will depart Sydney on 3 March 2026 for the 21-night journey to Hong Kong via Cairns, Papua New Guinea, Palau and Manila.
New and exclusive shore excursions will feature on Down Under itineraries, including an elevated evening tour program with a sample of the 150 new destination main courses on offer.

Azamara’s ANZ Director of Sales Victoria Chigwidden recognised the contributions of trade partners after “an exceptional 2024-25 local season” with the upcoming sailings showing another strong performance with only a few staterooms still available.
