Emirates has elevated its dining for Business Class customers with 18 new dishes paired with exclusive champagnes.

Emirates has elevated its dining for Business Class customers with 18 new dishes paired with exclusive champagnes.

Designed by Moët & Chandon’s Head Chef Jean Michel Bardet and Emirates’ Vice President of Culinary Design Doxis Bekris, the new menu took a year to develop.

The chefs collaborated between France and Dubai to create the dishes, and also worked closely with the champagne house, Moët & Chandon in France.
