The much-anticipated Four Seasons Hotel New York on “billionaire’s row” is reopening after closing its doors in 2020.
The architectural icon in the heart of lower Manhattan is steps from Central Park, Rockefeller Plaza and Fifth Avenue shopping and has some of the city’s largest rooms and suites – many with outdoor terraces.
Guests can expect a new Italian-inspired menu at the hotel’s The Garden restaurant, and come 2025 a new intimate setting for dinner.

For the ultimate in luxury, advise your most discerning clients to choose the Ty Warner Penthouse, a seven-year collaboration between Architects I.M. Pei and Peter Marino, and Hotel Owner, Ty Warner.
Sitting pretty on the 52nd floor, it has four cantilevered, glass balconies – the highest in the world, and not surprisingly, 360-degree views of the city.
Walls are hand-lacquered with mother-of-pearl inlay by American Artist, Nancy Lorenz, while a custom-designed canopy bed in the master bedroom is made of Thai silk with 22-carat pure-gold threads.

Four Seasons President Americas, Antoine Chahwan says, “For more than three decades Four Seasons Hotel New York has been a beacon of luxury hospitality for discerning guests from around the world – and around the corner”.
“As this beloved hotel enters a new era in its celebrated history, Four Seasons and the property’s long-time, dedicated Owner, Ty Warner proudly welcome back our loyal guests, and introduce a new generation to the endless opportunities for memorable New York City moments at every turn.”

The hotel is open for reservations now, with a selection of rooms available across multiple categories for arrivals in November 2024, with all suites expected to be available in 2025.
