Four Seasons Resort the Nam Hai, Hoi An, has unveiled its redesigned, expanded one-bedroom and family villas.
A total of 43 villas are open for guests, while another 17 are expected to be completed by mid-December 2025.
Each has views of tropical gardens and the East Sea, with each expanding in size.

Taking design cues from a “modern-day interpretation of the garden houses of Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam”, each villa has a timber roof, elevated sleeping platform so you can cast an eye over the ocean from the bed, and sunset-toned ombré drapery and pendant lighting inspired by traditional nón lá hats.
There’s a new bay window with a daybed creating a nook for reading, rest or reflection, while a second daybed provides a cosy hideaway for lounging and afternoon siestas.
In the Family Villas, a sectioned-off lounge doubles as a kids’ room with a sofa-bed.

Property General Manager Marcel Oostenbrink says, “Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has always endeavoured to maintain a sense of place while anticipating the needs of today’s traveller”.
“This renovation preserves that intention, while bringing in new warmth and intimacy.
“It’s a continuation of, not a departure from, a design narrative that’s very much rooted in the region.”
