Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort in secluded Kahuwai Bay is now welcoming guests to three sprawling new luxury villas.
Said to “set a new benchmark for luxury accommodation available across Hawaii” the four-bedroom villas are either nestled among the lush landscape or steps from the shoreline.
Each has been designed to ensure utmost privacy and constructed to showcase its natural surroundings.

Interiors incorporate warm wood tones, natural woven panels, and curated art collections featuring works by Hawaiian artists, while a dedicated butler ensures every need it met.
Kona Villa Managing Director Daniel Scott says, “We believe they not only exceed expectations of what is possible in terms of Hawaiian luxury, but also authentically celebrate the true beauty of the island”.

The oceanfront Maheawalu Kauhale, on the resort’s Maheawalu Point, has unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, a full chef’s kitchen, four and a half bathrooms, a luxurious outdoor bathtub and rain shower, private oceanfront pool, and an outdoor dining area.
On the northernmost point of the resort, Kumukea Kauhale has the same layout with mobility-accessible features, private pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit.
While the Ohana Pool villa, set back into the lush greenery, has indoor and outdoor lanai space with a private pool.
The signature suites also have complimentary round-trip airport transfers so guests can begin to relax and unwind from the moment they step off the plane.
And once here, there is a choice of immersive journeys to choose from and, to ensure the ultimate relaxation, a 60-minute Asaya Spa service is available for two adults.
