This Middle Eastern city sees luxe hotel influx as 4 high-end hospitality brands plan to move in

Atlantis, One&Only, Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental have announced plans to build new properties in the port city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia’s Mecca Province by 2030, bringing a new level of luxury hospitality to the Middle East region.

Atlantis, One&Only, Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental have announced plans to build new properties in the port city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia’s Mecca Province by 2030, bringing a new level of luxury hospitality to the Middle East region.

The city will welcome an Atlantis resort and branded residences, a One&Only resort, Four Seasons hotel and residences and Mandarin Oriental hotel and residences, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s 2030 tourism vision.

The new builds will follow other recently opened luxury properties in the Saudi port city.

The Atlantis and One&Only properties, part of Kerzner International, and Mandarin Oriental site will be located on the city’s historic Red Sea waterfront as part of the wider Jeddah Central project.

Situated 30 minutes from Jeddah International Airport, the area is transforming to become a world-class cultural, tourism, entertainment and lifestyle destination.

When completed, the new district will include a state-of-the-art marina, opera house, oceanarium, sports stadium and a museum.

New hotels opening in Jeddah

The 800-key Atlantis resort will feature suites, guestrooms and branded residences and more than 20 dining concepts, including celebrity chef restaurants, lounges and nightlife options, plus a wellness sanctuary and spa.

It will also debut the brand’s Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost Chambers Aquarium.

The One&Only Resort will offer guestrooms, suites and villas alongside Saudi Arabia’s first private home community. It will provide seven specialty culinary experiences, plus a Club One with pickleball and padel courts.

The new Mandarin Oriental will comprise 140 suites and rooms – all with Red Sea views, 115 apartments and 187 branded residences consisting of two- to four-bedroom privately owned homes.

Guests will have access to dining, leisure and wellness facilities, such as The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, kids club, speciality restaurants and more.

Opening in 2027, Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche is located within the 30km Corniche or Waterfront with views of the Red Sea and the city’s historic architecture.

It will offer 269 guestrooms and suites, 21 serviced two- and three-bedroom apartments and 64 private residences, including two penthouses. There will be multiple indoor-outdoor restaurants, as well as pools, fitness centres and spas.
