Link Travel Group’s inaugural Link Live 2025 at W Brisbane is a sell-out, with 180 delegates confirmed and Wallabies legend John Eales as the keynote ahead of the program kicking off on 20–21 November.
Now three years old, Link Travel Group’s first conference of this scale is set to land at W Brisbane, with a Link Owners day set to begin on Thursday, 20 November 2025, and Link delegates and Sponsor delegates starting on Friday, 21 November 2025.
General Manager Scott Darlow says the response exceeded expectations: “We are absolutely delighted with the uptake for Link Live, and we are in the position where we have had to turn away additional delegates and sponsors who have shown interest.”
Former Wallabies Captain and Australian rugby great John Eales will deliver the inaugural keynote. Link chose Eales “due to his proven leadership credentials on the field and in business,” Darlow notes, adding that the team is “looking forward to learning from him.”
The two-day agenda blends professional development with connection. Delegates will participate in workshops focused on AI and wellbeing, explore a Supplier Showcase, and hear interviews and a panel with selected Link Owners, moderated by ATIA CEO Dean Long. A Celebration Dinner will also recognise members and supplier partners with selected awards.

“This is a really exciting time for Link, our first full conference-style event and after a year of planning, I can’t wait for it to start,” Darlow says. He adds that the support from sponsor partners has been “exceptional” and notes that several member agencies plan to relocate their teams to Brisbane on Friday, allowing all staff to attend.
According to Link, the entire program is designed around the group’s four core values: Integrity, Prosperity, Transparency and Connection & Collaboration. The Link Advisory Board has helped shape topics to ensure the content is practical, future-facing and relevant to members working across premium leisure and corporate travel.
The sell-out follows a period of measured growth for the joint-venture group this year. In September and October, Link welcomed two new agencies: Planet Blue Travel in Sydney and Main Beach Travel on the Gold Coast, broadening its footprint in New South Wales and Queensland.
The invitation-only group now has 37 luxury and corporate travel agencies on its books. Read more in Karryon’s coverage of the new additions here.
Delegates can expect a practical and collaborative format with clear takeaways on AI adoption and advisor wellbeing, plus efficient connections with suppliers. With Eales setting the tone for leadership, and owners participating in an on-stage discussion, the program aims to deliver ideas that members can implement the moment they return to their desks.
Karryon founder Matt Leedham will also be in attendance for the weekend, reporting live from the event.
Link Travel Group is a joint venture between Flight Centre Travel Group (FLT), Goldman Travel Corporation and the Spencer Group of Companies.
