First Class Suites, a soaring atrium, a European-inspired bistro and a modern bar – all under one roof and all in Canberra.
Travellers have been given a sneak peek of the country’s newest property one week ahead of its official opening.
Images received by KarryOn and others posted to Vibe Hotel Canberra Airport’s Facebook page show the property has been decorated and designed with contemporary colours and textures while offering traditional social spaces and comfort.
Among the most standout areas inside the 191-room property is the soaring atrium – a spacious and welcoming open area on the ground floor featuring the reception table, seating pods and bar.
From the atrium, guests can also see the hotel’s six levels spiraling above.
There are 191 rooms including 110 Lower Deck rooms located on floors one to three; 60 Upper Deck rooms and 12 First Class Suites on four to five; plus there is a two-bedroom apartment taking up the entire top floor.
Each room has been thoughtfully fitted with sound-proof walls and offers views of the Capital City. They also have latest in-room technology including complimentary Wi-Fi.
Guests looking for a quick bite to eat can stop by the on-site restaurant, Helix Bar and Dining – a modern European-style bistro with dishes chosen exclusively by Executive Chef, Michael Chatto.
Created for both leisure and MICE travellers, the property also has on-site conference facilities including six fully adaptable conference and event spaces catering for up to 200 guests, which include everything from complimentary Wi-Fi, audio-visual hire and Vibe Hotel’s signature creative conferencing extras.
Vibe Hotel Canberra Airport is scheduled to open on 2 November 2015.
