Mondrian Gold Coast has unveiled its most luxurious accommodation, a three-bedroom penthouse it says “sets a new benchmark in luxury accommodation on the Gold Coast”.
The A$4,500 a night ‘Sky House’ is on the 24th floor with views from Moreton Bay to Burleigh Headland.
As well as an expansive balcony to take in the sweeping ocean views, there’s a state-of-the-art private chef’s kitchen and bar stocked with bespoke beverages and regional bites, and access to a personal ‘host’.

Private airport transfers, complimentary valet parking and daily à la carte breakfast are all included. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite, and there are also in-residence laundry amenities.
Designed by Los Angeles–based Studio Carter, the ethos was to “merge sculptural form, organic materiality and refined restraint with the drama of its natural surroundings – a space that feels both monumental and intimate”.

Late last year, Mondrian Gold Coast, the brand’s first Australian property, announced the opening of three-bedroom and two-bedroom ‘Beach Houses’.
Each has a full kitchen, large living spaces, a private magnesium plunge pool, and direct beach access.
The newly opened property also has a bio-wellness retreat, CIEL Spa, which links science with holistic healing remedies; two magnesium pools, a fitness studio and three eateries, including LiTO, the ground-floor Italian all-day eatery by ex-Uccello chef Andrea Morigi
