Seabourn introduces enhanced groups programs for travel advisors

Introducing its ‘Seabourn Enhanced Groups Program’, the luxury cruise operator says the program will enhance travel advisors’ business opportunities, streamline communication, and simplify the group booking process.

Introducing its ‘Seabourn Enhanced Groups Program’, the luxury cruise operator says the program will enhance travel advisors’ business opportunities, streamline communication, and simplify the group booking process.

The enhanced program introduces a revamped Tour Conductor Credit, offers shipboard credits or bonus commission for bookings, eliminates the need for deposits for smaller group allotments, and increases group capacity.

“Seabourn has a long history of delivering incredible groups, incentives, and charter experiences, and this new program underscores our dedication to consistently refining and enriching the group booking process for travel advisors,” said Steve Smotrys, Seabourn’s Vice President of Sales & Trade Relations.

Effective for all groups for voyages sailing Fall 2025 (September) and beyond, some of the program’s benefits are:

  • Use Tour Conductor Credit to escort groups, add value or improve margins
  • Book nine full fare guests, and the 10th guest sails at a reduced fare
  • The enhanced program includes a renewed focus on sailings in the Accelerated Tier
  • A new simplified Tour Conductor Credit calculation for the reduced fare guest
  • Travel advisors can enjoy enhanced flexibility and value with the option to choose between a shipboard credit or bonus commission
  • Create additional ‘Seabourn Moments’ through exclusive Groups events
  • No deposit required for group booking of up to 10 suites

In March, Seabourn announced that it would form a multi-year expedition cruise partnership with APT Travel Group.
