SIRO made its debut in Dubai in 2024 and has since opened in Montenegro, with Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and now the US in the pipeline.
The 180-room and suite SIRO Brickell, Miami is slated to open in 2030 and will have a state-of-the-art fitness and recovery lab.
Kerzner International CEO Philippe Zuber says SIRO is its disruptor brand and will “meet the evolving demands of a new generation of travellers who prioritise wellbeing, performance and purpose”.
He says the announcement of a Miami property reinforces the brand’s mission to “redefine hospitality through fitness, recovery, and purpose-driven living”.
“Kerzner has been defined by its entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to continuously innovate the hospitality landscape.
“SIRO is on a rapid global trajectory, strategically targeting the world’s most dynamic cities, and Miami is the perfect stage for that.”

Zuber says since opening in Dubai the response has been phenomenal, providing a “fantastic foundation for growth as we work closely with our partners to grow the pipeline of new SIRO properties around the world”.
He says the brand sets a new standard for those seeking comprehensive fitness and recovery solutions.
“The new properties are a direct response to the societal shift in attitudes towards sports and wellness.”
Kerzer International President of Real Estate Juan Aguilar says Miami represents a pivotal milestone for the growth of SIRO.
“With Miami, we are not just building a hotel, we are shaping a new destination that blends hospitality, branded residences and wellness facilities into one integrated experience, setting a new standard for urban living.”
