Six Senses Fiji has added two private residences to its collection on Malolo Island, expanding “Fiji’s largest portfolio of luxury resort residences”.

The two new residences include a five-bedroom beachfront pool retreat and a four-bedroom oceanview villa.

Six Senses says,  “as demand for private luxury escapes and multigenerational travel continues to surge, Six Senses Fiji is expanding its celebrated collection of private residences with the addition of two exceptional homes, offering guests even more opportunities to experience one of Fiji’s most sought-after island retreats”.

The five-bedroom retreat, called Residence 47, has a private pool with an integrated swim-up bar, a children’s wading area and entertaining spaces across two decks. Two of its five bedrooms are in a separate guest bure.

Residence 3 is set among landscaped gardens with elevated views across the South Pacific, with a design centred around a curved infinity pool, with the primary bedrooms opening onto private glass-framed decks over the ocean.

Both have a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, a dedicated Guest Experience Maker and a complimentary nanny for up to eight hours a day.

In keeping with the group’s sustainability positioning, the new homes use natural materials, energy-efficient systems and local craftsmanship, with guest activities including reef restoration, organic gardening, village visits and guided treks to the peak of Mount Solevu.

In May 2026, the property announced it had opened three four- to six-bedroom exclusive beachfront ‘residences’, saying it was “a significant milestone in its evolution as Fiji’s premier destination for luxury multi-generational stays and exclusive group escapes”.

The latest residences add that total to 24.
