The Ritz-Carlton, Perth has partnered with roving restaurant, Fervor, to create a $29k experience where guests can dine under the stars on native ingredients only found in WA.
The ultra-luxurious experience comes at a time when demand for cultural immersion is at an all-time high.
The journey is bespoke, but a sample of what guests can expect might include a two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth; two nights at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm on the Dampier Peninsula; a reef waterfall tour and a foraging and dining experience.
Guests will join Bolo Angus of Southern Cross Tours to explore Bardi-Jawi country, where Bolo shares his stories, songs, and immersive experiences, including traditional hunting methods.
And the day ends with an intimate dining event where Chefs, Brian Cole and Paul ‘Yoda’ Iskov prepare a meal using foraged, native ingredients only found in Western Australia – blending of new and old-world cooking techniques.
