Virtuoso continues its focus on product development and global growth with a trio of leadership appointments to the executive team, ushering a new era of transformative development for the luxury leisure travel network.
California-based long-time Virtuoso exec Helen McCabe-Young is the newly named Senior Vice President, Global Products, taking on the role after the recent departure of Thatcher Brown to become CEO at Crescent Seas.
McCabe-Young served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing for the past five years and has a keen understanding of the global network and its product division.

In addition, the network welcomes two new hires: Amy Logan as Vice President, Global Network Product and Lucy Lieberman as Vice President, Global Digital Experience.
Seattle-based Logan joined Virtuoso in May 2025, bringing more than 20 years’ expertise in luxury travel and digital innovation.

Her previous roles include Vice President of Solutions at Classic Vacations and as a senior leader at Expedia and Amazon, and is known for crafting transformative digital experiences for travel advisors.
NYC-based Lieberman joined in June and is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years’ expertise in marketing, product development and operations.

She was most recently CEO of Hotels at Michelin, where she was responsible for global travel services for Tablet Hotels and MICHELIN Guide, along with 10 years at Ogilvy & Mather with clients such as InterContinental Hotels Group and American Express.
Virtuoso COO Brad Bourland said the strategic realignment of the product division will create a strong foundation to serve the evolving needs of the global network, including the recent launch of a new luxury lifestyle segment outside of travel.
“With a strong mix of new and experienced leadership now in place, Helen and her team are well positioned to accelerate the development of innovative products and services that enhance the value we deliver to members and partners around the world,” he said.
