Their access requirements may include physical/mobility\, hearing\, vision and/or cognitive. \nIf you are asking:\n\nWhat can I do to make my business or destination more accessible and inclusive?\nWho can I connect with to progress on my journey to be more accessible and inclusive?\n\nThen the Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Conference is for you! \n \nWhat is the Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Conference?\nThe Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Conference\, often referred to as AITCAP\,  is an annual event that provides all tourism stakeholders (travellers\, businesses\, policymakers\, DMOs) with an opportunity to: \n\nLEARN how to cater to the valuable accessible & inclusive market to promote sustainable growth\nCONNECT with each other to create momentum and contribute to the upgrowth of the sector all\n\n  \nIn 2024 the Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Conference is proudly supported by the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre\, the City of Melbourne and the Victoria Tourism Industry Council (VTIC). \n\nWhat happens at the Accessible & Inclusive Tourism Conference?\nWe will have: \n\nLearning sessions with experts in the field\nNetworking opportunities with all our peers\nAccessibility & Business hub where organisations will showcase their products and services\n\nArrival from 8 AM\nStart at 9 AM\nMorning tea\, lunch and afternoon tea included \n  \nTopics will include: \n\nAccessibility information – what should you include and how to make sure it’s accessible\nCodesigning accessibility to ensure success – the what\, why and how of codesigning with people with disability\nInclusive marketing – how best to ensure authentic disability representation in your marketing and market to this large and growing segment\nQ&A with travellers with disabilities\n\n  \nThe day will conclude with a wrap up function\, it’s the perfect opportunity to engage in conversation in a relaxed\, social environment. \nAround the Melbourne conference\, we are planning a series of satellite events including visits to accessible & inclusive tourism businesses in the region exclusively for conference attendees.
