Against a backdrop of exciting growth, Travellers Choice business development managers (BDMs) met in Perth this month for an update on the group’s fast-evolving suite of member support services, including its ground-breaking digital marketing strategy and revamped Cruise Club.

The briefing included a demonstration of Site Builder 2.0, the latest version of Travellers Choice’s acclaimed low-cost website solution, which enables members to create customised websites featuring their own unique content and supported by centrally-loaded products and search engine marketing.

The BDMs also received an update from Gary O’Riordan, General Manager Accreditation, ATAS, on the Scheme’s progress and the current Commercial safeguard products available to agents.

Chief Executive Christian Hunter says Travellers Choice now has one of the most experienced team of BDMs in Australia.

“Bringing the team together is not just an important way to keep everyone up-to-speed on our marketing and technology services,” says Hunter. “It’s also an opportunity for each manager to share their individual insights and skills with colleagues.

“That way we know Travellers Choice members are always receiving the highest level of ongoing support.”
