Cover-More Travel Insurance recently rolled out the red carpet for its incentive winners with a trip to the enchanting world of Disney, featuring an exclusive experience at the Disney Institute.
Co-hosted with Michael Cassis from Visit Anaheim, the trip was a blend of fun, learning and adventure.
The lucky group of agents embarked on a three-day escapade at Disneyland, soaking in the fairy-tale ambience, meeting beloved characters and indulging in the park’s myriad attractions.

But the adventure didn’t stop there; the highlight of the trip was the unique opportunity to participate in the Disney Institute training.
The full-day course focused on customer service, a cornerstone of Disney’s renowned hospitality. During the training, agents delved into the secrets of creating magical experiences for customers and were honoured with ‘graduation ears’ upon completion, symbolising their newfound expertise.
Beyond Disney

Adding a touch of Hollywood glamour to their itinerary, the group was also treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Warner Bros Studios. Here, they took a stroll through the iconic sets of hit TV shows like Friends and The Big Bang Theory, offering a glimpse into the magic of television production.
And the fun didn’t end there. The agents also had the opportunity to explore the vibrant attractions of the Anaheim area.

From thrilling rides to delectable dining, the city provided a perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation for the agents.
The trip was not only a reward for the hard-working agents, but also an opportunity to enhance their skills and gain valuable insights into customer service in the travel industry.
