Qantas and Brand USA has announced their MegaFam “Let US Entertain You” which will give the lucky participants the opportunity to experience the best of US live entertainment.
Brand USA, in conjunction with Qantas, is thrilled to announce the second USA MegaFam ‘Let Us Entertain You’, taking place in November 2014. Fifty agents from Australia and New Zealand will win coveted spots on the MegaFam, with participation open to New Zealand agents for the first time. The lucky participants will spend eight days experiencing various itineraries built around live entertainment in the US.
All participants depart on 10 November, and fly into either Dallas or Los Angeles, and then split into five groups of ten agents. Each group will connect to one of the five sightseeing destinations: Denver and Colorado, Washington DC and New York, Nashville and Tennessee or Chicago and a special mystery destination, where they will spend the first five days exploring their destination, and attend a different live entertainment event in each city.
The entire group will then meet in Dallas and explore both Dallas and Fort Worth for the final two nights before enjoying a grand finale event hosted by Qantas, Brand USA, Visit Dallas and Texas Tourism on 15 November, where they can share their MegaFam stories and experiences. The group will arrive home on 18 November.
Participants will be selected based on volume of Qantas sales to the USA between 29 September and 17 October. The top 50 agents with the highest number of eligible bookings made during the incentive period will be eligible for a spot on the MegaFam. Agents must also have completed the regional module of the Discover America online training program (www.usadiscoveryprogram.com.au) to be eligible.
Qantas operates daily A380 services from both Sydney and Melbourne to Los Angeles, a daily B747 service from Brisbane to Los Angeles and onwards to New York, and from today, six A380 services per week to Dallas/Fort Worth.
Qantas is the only carrier to operate A380 services with four cabins between Australia and the US and also offers the award winning lie-flat Skybed in Business on board its reconfigured B747 aircraft.
