It’s back to reality for the 60 Australian travel agents who spent the past week racing around the UK and Ireland courtesy of Qantas Holidays.
Over nine days, the group of top travel agents were divided into four groups and sent off to explore England, Ireland, Scotland or Wales.
Itineraries were bursting with different activities and team challenges as they competed to be named Qantas Holiday’s Race Around UK and Ireland winning team.

The four teams were immersed in the history, cultures, and cuisines of the UK & Ireland as they visited some of the most iconic and historical tourist destinations, soaked up the atmosphere of bustling cities and admired the beautiful scenic views and countryside.
Qantas Holidays secured the support of key tourism bodies Tourism Ireland, Visit Scotland, Visit Wales, Visit England, Visit Britain as well as Qantas, Cheval Residences and London’s Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotels to pull off the major initiative.

The famil commenced on 19 February and concluded yesterday.
