So you’re a Travel Agent who just booked those neat $99 (plus taxes) flights to Vanuatu and now you’re looking for affordable accommodation on the island paradise.
You could hit up your hospitality contacts, or you could try out a luxury four-star resort offering special Travel Agents Rates.
Aore Island Resort on Espiritu Santo has invited consultants to test out its recently upgraded property for only $150 a night.
Consultants will be booked in a Studio Beachfront Bungalow located in a quiet private area that has views of the white sands and gorgeous horizons as well as private bathrooms, hot showers, refrigerators, tea and coffee, irons, hairdryers and ceiling fans.
Or Agents can pay $50 extra for a One Bedroom Beachfront Bungalow, which has all the same features as a Studio Bungalow but with a separate bedroom.
Aore Island Resort’s Owners Lisa and Brad Gray, said visitors will appreciate the resort’s “authentic culture and spectacular setting” as well as its fresh new design.

So far, some $300,000 has been spent on property upgrades including a revamped restaurant and bar kitchen, as well as refurbished reception areas and a new luxury spa.
Another $100,00 is set aside for a new purpose-built boat for guest transfers and for diving and fishing expeditions to Vanuatu’s world class wrecks and secret coral gardens.
There is no time limit on the Agents rate, however, it is subject to availability.
