EUROPE EARLY BIRDS HAVE LANDED: FLY TO DUBLIN FROM $1,141

Planning a trip to Europe? Around now would be the best time to book because airlines are dropping their airfares down, down, down for this year’s early bird sales.

International carriers such as Etihad, Emirates, Cathay Pacific and Royal Brunei Airlines, have kicked off the annual airfares frenzy with major discounts such as flights to Paris from $1,200, flights to Rome from $1,380, London from $1,099 OR flights to Dublin from $1,141 – might be time to tick off some of those Game of Thrones hot spots.

Here’s a breakdown of some of this year’s early bird offers:

 

$1,141 to Dublin with Etihad

The Abu Dhabi-based airline is running a special Winter Offer for Aussies right now, during which they can secure airfares to places such as the City of Lights (Paris) from AU$1,200 return.

Available for travel out of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, there’s also special return fare prices of $1,290 to London OR $1,141 to Dublin.

For those looking for a little more comfort in award-winning Business Class, Etihad is offering $5,777 return fares to London, $5,592 fares to Paris AND $5,470 fares to Dublin.

There’s only three days left on the promotion, so better get booking! Economy Class prices are only available for travel from 10 September, and Business Class travel from 5 August, with the Winter Offer travel dates running until 31 May 2018.

 

$1,309 to Rome with Emirates

Book before 31 July 2017 and you could find yourself flying to the country with the most UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Italy, from $1,309.

The offer is available through Emirates’ early bird sale, which also features Economy Class return tickets to Dublin from $1,269, Amsterdam from $1,379, Zagreb (oh Croatia, another Game of Thrones destination) from $1,389 and Manchester from $1,409.

While return Business Class fares start at $6,359 to Amsterdam, $6,369 to Zagreb, $6,389 to Rome, $6,549 to Dublin and $6,609 to London.

Fares are available for bookings made between 18 July and 31 July 2017. Business Class fares are for travel commenced between 26 July 2017 and 31 May 2018, and Economy Class fares are for travel commenced between 1 October and 30 November 2017, and 14 January and 27 March 2018.

 

$1,099 to London with Royal Brunei Airlines

Whether you want to see the popular tourist sites or explore the UK’s connection to King Arthur then this might be one of the cheapest ways to do it.

Royal Brunei Airlines is offering return Economy fares from Melbourne to London from $1,099 OR if you like to the classier life then there’s Business Class tickets from $4,775.

Both offers are available until 4 September 2017, however black out dates apply for travel, click here for more information on the Economy fare and here for the Business Class fare.

 

$1,429 to Amsterdam with Cathay Pacific

Explore the city’s artistic heritage or take part in the Heineken Experience with Cathay Pacific’s ‘Get Packing Sale’.

The carrier currently has discounted fares from Brisbane to Amsterdam from $1,429 return or Sydneysiders can take advantage of early bird fares to London from $1,593 return.

The sale is available for bookings on Cathay Pacific’s Economy Class made between 14 July 2017 to 8 August 2017, for travel today until 31 March 2018.
