There were cocktail dresses, suits, delicious dining, bright lights, a jazz band, a hilarious host and a whole lot of awards.
It was that time of the year again, when Scenic showed its appreciation to the entire industry and top selling agents by decking out The Ivy dining ballroom in black and gold (don’t forget the red carpet) and hosting an unforgettable evening known as the ‘Night of Stars’.
The evening kicked off at 6.30pm on Saturday with agents taking a few celebrity shots on their special runway as they made their way into the hall.
Channel 9’s Steve Jacobs hosted the event for a third year running, and managed to keep the audience alive and laughing using with a few hilarious cracks.
Scenic’s Founder, Glenn Moroney, made the journey from Asia, where he’s currently assisting in the development of the line’s first two Asia-based vessels, for the big event.
During his speech he took time out to thank over 240 agents in attendance for all their hard work before giving them the exclusive on two new Evergreen ships PLUS the line’s launch into ocean cruising.
