British Airways has followed up on last year’s hilarious safety video featuring Sir Ian McKellen and Gordan Ramsay with a second comical pre-flight clip starring half a dozen new celebrities.

Titled ‘British Airways Safety Video Sequel’ the new video sees a number of a number of famous faces attempt to ‘audition’ for a safety video but find themselves wrongly directed by comedian Asim Chaudhry’s alter ego Chabuddy G.

Among the celebrities is Sir Michael Caine who puts the questionable director in his place and takes the reins to open the safety video…

Then there’s Naomie Harris who swallows cringe-worthy James Bond references in order to advise flyers on where they should stow their carry-on…

Joanna Lumley is ‘absolutely fabulous’ while ‘prompting’ flight attendants to point out emergency exits…

The video ends with all celebrity guests promoting Flying Start, the global charity partnership between British Airways and Comic Relief which has supported over half a million children across the UK and some of the world’s poorest communities since launching in 2010.

British Airways’ Carolina Martinoli  said it’s “great” to launch another star-studded inflight safety video after the “huge” success of the first.

“Our first video was seen by customers nearly 25 million times so it’s a great way to promote Flying Start, our global charity partnership with Comic Relief.”
