The sale gives you a whopping 30% off fares from all around the country to Tasmania, with the cheapest starting at just $69.
Fares are one way and include baggage, seat selection and Velocity points.
Tassie is the place to be at the moment, with many Aussies ditching the hustle and bustle of city life for picturesque landscapes and outdoor adventures.
“We’re seeing strong demand for flights to and from Tasmania and so we’ll begin to add more capacity to the market over the next few months with approximately 46,000 additional seats when compared to pre-pandemic levels,” the airline wrote in a press release.
“This is great news for Virgin Australia, our people, and all of the communities in Tasmania that benefit from the tourism economy.”
Travel dates for the sale fares flights are between July 2021 and April 2022, so you can embrace winter or avoid it completely!

- Melbourne to Launceston from $69
- Sydney to Hobart from $95
- Adelaide to Hobart from $139
- Byron Bay to Hobart from $199
- Perth to Launceston from $239
- Hobart to Brisbane from $129
The sale runs from now until midnight on June 28 unless sold out prior.
Because times are a tad strange right now to say the lease, Virgin says it will allow changes or cancellations with travel credit and will waive fees for travel until the end of January 2022.
